Quantum Random Number Chip

Based on the principle of vacuum quantum fluctuations, it effectively resists side-channel attacks such as power-supply ripple, guaranteeing the unpredictability and information-theoretic security of the output sequence at the source. Among the first in China to obtain a cryptographic testing report from the State Cryptography Administration. It can work in synergy with post-quantum cryptography to provide foundational security support.

Post-Quantum Cryptography Card

Adopting a dual security architecture of "Chinese SM cryptography + post-quantum cryptography" and carrying a self-developed quantum random number chip resistant to side-channel attacks, it relies on a physical entropy source to output highly secure, unpredictable random numbers, resisting the risk of quantum-computing cryptanalysis at the source. It supports high-speed cryptographic operations and full-process key management, and fits perfectly into the domestic Chinese server ecosystem.

Beijing Zhongke Guoguang Quantum Technology Co., Ltd. ('GGQUANTA') was founded in 2021 by a team of Ph.D. graduates from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), and is China's first photonic quantum chip provider.

With quantum-chip technology at its core, GGQUANTA spans four directions — quantum communication, quantum measurement, quantum computing, and AI — driving breakthroughs on major quantum products and opening a "quantum chips + AI" path that carries quantum technology from the laboratory into industry.

The company keeps setting industry firsts: a vacuum-noise quantum random number chip that resists power-ripple and other side-channel attacks, China's first quantum codec & modem chip, and a room-temperature single-photon detector array chip — a deep moat of core technology.

GGQUANTA holds 80+ granted invention patents — solution- and chip-level — across quantum key distribution, quantum random numbers, single-photon radar, and ion traps, among the most in China. Its products serve government, defense, power, energy, and finance, winning multiple national and provincial flagship projects.

China's first quantum encoding/decoding and modulation/demodulation chip was successfully developed, filling a domestic technology gap.

Successfully developed the 'trapped-ion monitor'; the company's self-developed quantum cipher card passed evaluation by the State Cryptography Administration, receiving the first cryptographic testing report issued by the center for a quantum cipher card.
