Hardware Test Engineer
  • (1) 2+ years of testing or industrial-equipment inspection experience; proficient with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multimeters, and standard current/magnetic-field sources;
  • (2) Understands the basic structure and operating conditions of charging piles, transformers, and battery management systems; able to simulate real fault scenarios;
  • (3) Capable of organizing and analyzing data with tools such as Python to identify outliers and performance bottlenecks;
  • (4) Comfortable with field-test environments and strict adherence to safety procedures.

Special requirement: familiar with the sensor performance-testing standards of this project, ensuring test results meet the specified targets.

Project Manager
  • (1) Bachelor's degree or above, any major; fresh graduates through 3 years of experience welcome.
  • (2) Outgoing, with excellent spoken and written communication, structured thinking and multi-task coordination; ambitious, proactive, and delivers work to closure.
  • (3) Genuine interest in AI and agent applications with a willingness to keep learning; basic technical understanding and document-reading ability, quickly building sound judgment on product metrics, acceptance criteria, and solution boundaries.
  • (4) Familiar with basic collaboration tools and entry-level programming; independent R&D ability not required.
  • (5) Proficient with office and collaboration tools; able to independently write meeting minutes, research briefs, and external communication materials.
